arrival provided the package is received on the first attempted delivery. We supply
heat packs or cool packs at no charge whenever necessary to minimize the stress
on the animal caused by the shipment. We also reserve the right to withhold
shipment in the event of adverse weather conditions. We also ensure that we
make direct contact with our customers to ensure that they will be available to sign
for the shipment when it is delivered. **

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with
your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and

for online transactions. We reserve the right to wait until payments made by
Personal Check and Money Order clear before shipping.
At Reptile Shows and Expos where we are vendors, we will only be accepting cash
payments.
